Visitors ability to read forums

I usually don't sign up to a site I can't browse the forums of first. The reason I did this time was I knew it was a new site. The reason I don't is because when I first started getting involved in forums I would take the time to go through all the rigamarole only to find out nobody had posted since 2009. If there is a way to let guest read the forums even if they can't post makes the site seems more inviting, At least that's how I see it. You are then represented by the quality of member that the site has to offer. This is just a suggestion

thanks for the feedback, and yes I think it is a good idea that the guests can see the forums. I will check and see if i can make it read only for guests.
