Improvements on Site

As you can see I have made some changes on the site, these changes are what me and derri have being talking about. I have decided to remove the racing section, but if you think we would have a section for racing games then let me or derri know.

Member of The Month and Members Birthdays are going to be moved to the generl chat lounge, instead of being in the news and announcements section.
